Job Description In this role, you will become an important part of Vulcon's team. The work is varied and combines mechanics, problem-solving, and a high degree of responsibility. You will, among other things: • Splice, repair, and maintain conveyor belts – both in the field and in the workshop • Install wear rubber products and related equipment such as bearing rollers, damping beams, and scrapers • Perform service inspections, measure installations, and select the right materials for upcoming work • Plan and distribute service assignments together with your colleagues • Be a reliable support for customers through technical support and solutions that last • Contribute flexibility and help when the situation requires extra effort to ensure high service levels for customers. You will work both at customer sites and in the workshop — a balance that makes every day both developmental and enjoyable. Working hours are normally Monday–Friday from 07:00–16:00. Since work is often performed at customer sites, variations may occur, and you will follow the assignment until the work is completed in a safe and professional manner. Qualifications We are looking for you who wants to grow in your role and sees the value in doing a really good job. You don't need to know everything on day one — but you want to learn, you are curious, and you take responsibility for what you do. We see that you: • Have mechanical aptitude and experience with service, maintenance, or assembly. • Enjoy solving problems and find ways forward even when circumstances change. • Thrive with customer contact and build relationships by being reliable and clear. • Are a team player who steps up for colleagues and enjoys working together. • Easily absorb new knowledge and are flexible with different tasks and work environments. It is also a merit if you: • Have a B driver's license (BE is advantageous). • Communicate well in Swedish. • Have forklift and/or pallet jack certification and relevant safety training — or are willing to obtain them.
