The company is located in Ursviken outside Skellefteå, but this position is based in the Norrköping area. Your Responsibilities As a service technician with us, you will have a varied and independent job where you work closely with our customers. You perform service, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of our machinery – mostly on-site at the customer's location, primarily in Sweden but also internationally when needed. You will train operators on how the machinery works and provide advice on upgrades and improvements that can make their production even more efficient. Everything happens in close collaboration with our service manager and other technicians, and you always have the factory behind you for technical support. Of course, you will receive the introduction and skills development you need to feel confident in the role. Your Background / Your Qualities We are looking for someone with a technical interest and preferably experience with CNC-controlled systems, electrical systems, or hydraulics. You don't need to know everything from the start – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, are curious, and want to develop with us. You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for your planning, and like meeting new people. Traveling as part of your job is something you see as a plus – both within Sweden and sometimes abroad. To succeed in this role, you need to have a valid driver's license, good computer skills, and be able to communicate in both Swedish and English. Information and Contact Location: Norrköping, but work area is in southern Sweden. The position involves travel within the work area but also abroad when needed.
