The assignments take place primarily at various industries and construction sites in Sweden and abroad. The majority of your working time will be spent servicing building and industrial elevators, but new installations and special projects also occur. As a technician, you may also be involved in the development and production of our products. The work includes some administrative work in the form of handling service protocols and supporting documentation for invoicing. As a technician on site, you are the one who knows the installation and customer best, which is why it is natural that you drive additional sales in the form of spare parts, service and modifications of existing installations as well as new sales. You will not be alone in this but have a sales organization for support, but you contribute to identifying needs and opportunities. After a period of work, you will be assigned your own installations on which you will carry out recurring service assignments. As part of this, your work tasks include a large portion of customer contact, for example booking in service, communicating ongoing during work and following up with results afterwards. The position has a fixed placement location but longer service and installation assignments at other locations do occur, which may involve travel and overnight stays. Since we have customers internationally, travel abroad may also be relevant, including to the Bahamas, Cyprus, Estonia and Latvia. Upon taking up the position, you will undergo several introductory training courses, including in our production facility in Skellefteå, where you will gain in-depth knowledge of our products. Education containing at least Electrical Engineering 1 or equivalent, alternatively acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience. Driver's license category B Meritorious is education or work experience in the following areas: Mechanics Electronics Automation/control and regulation Troubleshooting Service and installation trades Experience as a self-employed person *For candidates who proceed to the next stage in the recruitment process, a medical examination will be conducted, and presentation of an extract from the criminal record register and a certificate of completed upper secondary education is required.
