Svensk Energi Consult is a technology company based in Arlöv founded in 2005, specializing in property services within energy and operations. We offer a wide range of services, including heat balancing, control system installations, project planning, HVAC inspections, energy declarations, operational monitoring, service contracts, and legionella control. With our extensive experience and broad expertise, we have built strong and long-term partnerships with our customers. Due to increasing demand for our services, we are now seeking additional staff members.
Since 2025, Secon is part of the PropTech Energy group, which consists of eleven innovative and expanding companies: Ömangruppen, Axcell Fastighetspartner, P2 Energi, Alova, Inflo Ventilationsservice, Secon, APS Drift och Underhåll, JFK, KEAB, Engi, and IKK. Together, the companies offer comprehensive solutions for properties with specialist expertise in various areas. We take responsibility for the entire property or assist with individual services, entirely based on the customer's needs. We are located at approximately 30 locations throughout the country and have a total of approximately 800 employees.
Work Tasks
As a Service Technician, you will be part of SECON's service team and be responsible, together with seven colleagues, for servicing and maintaining technical systems for the company's customers. Through thorough training, you will have the opportunity to develop within the field and grow in the role. You will work from the company's office in Arlöv, Malmö, and your work area covers southern Sweden with focus on Skåne.
The assignments are of varying nature and work tasks include, among other things:
· service and maintenance of heating and ventilation systems & water treatment systems
· perform troubleshooting
· carry out minor service assembly
· balancing and control and regulation
· emergency service at the customer's site
· conduct upselling of services and products
Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Completed upper secondary education or vocational education with a focus on technology
• Work experience within plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, or automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
• B-category driving license
To thrive and succeed in the role, you have a technical interest and are practically inclined. Since you will eventually work largely independently, it is important that you are comfortable with that and have the ability to drive your work tasks forward in a self-reliant manner. Furthermore, you are thorough in your work and like to do things properly. We also see that you possess good collaboration skills and social confidence as the role involves close contact with both customers and colleagues. In addition, we believe you are unpretentious as a person, support your team where needed, and naturally contribute to SECON's family-like atmosphere. Great importance is placed on personal suitability and commitment to the position.
