About the Position As a Service Engineer, your work consists of service, preventive maintenance, installations, and training on Servus products at the company's customer sites. You are responsible for troubleshooting, specifications, and contact with suppliers. The company's customers include both major clients and their subcontractors, in both Sweden and the Nordic region where you will be the customer's first point of contact. The position involves travel with overnight stays approximately 1-2 days per week. You will become part of a stable family business with strength and long-term ownership where you have great freedom in planning your daily work. Responsibilities: Emergency and preventive service on wheel lathes, locomotives, and marking systems Repair and renovation of marking systems Installation of new machinery Operator training Programming Customer support Qualifications and Attributes To fit in at Servus, you are a person with positive thinking, structured approach, the ability to work efficiently, and maintain good humor even under time pressure. It is a great advantage if you enjoy a varied daily routine that includes travel, as this is a prerequisite for performing the work well. Additionally, we are looking for someone who has: Technical secondary education Mechanical repair experience Knowledge of electrical engineering Production technical experience Knowledge of control systems and PLC Language skills in Swedish and English Computer proficiency Driver's license Other Information Start: Immediately, with consideration to notice period Location: Solna, Stockholm.
