About the Position Lufttema is in an exciting growth phase where, together with Pema Partner, we are strengthening our offering within ventilation and air handling. Our ambition is to be the obvious comprehensive partner for property owners, municipalities, and businesses. As a service technician, you are responsible for service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ventilation systems for our contract customers. You work with planned service tasks, corrective maintenance, and fault reports while ensuring that our customers receive professional delivery with high quality. The role also includes planning and coordinating work together with colleagues and, when needed, coordinating subcontractors. You work independently while being an important part of our team and contributing to developing our customer relationships through a professional and solution-oriented approach. We Are Looking for You Who • have experience with ventilation and air handling • are service-oriented and have professional customer interaction • are responsible, proactive, and quality-conscious • enjoy working both independently and with others • have good computer skills and document your work in a structured way • have a Class B driver's license.
