The role includes creating and following up on technical support cases as well as collaborating with colleagues, other departments, and facilities to ensure the best possible service. You contribute to strong customer relationships through professional conduct. To develop in the role, you are expected to participate in relevant training according to your individual training plan. You also contribute to a positive team spirit, a well-functioning workshop, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment. Beyond this, other tasks may occur based on operational needs. Your Profile Requirements: - Vehicle technical education. - A couple of years of relevant work experience in, for example, the automotive industry, agriculture, industry, or maritime. - Strong knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and service technology. - Good computer skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - Strong technical understanding. - Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-oriented. - Analytical, thorough, and quality-conscious. - Ability to adapt to changed circumstances and work results-oriented. Meritorious - Focus on mechanical engineering in your education. - Studies at an agricultural or natural resources upper secondary school with machinery focus. - Experience from customer- and sales-oriented operations, especially in the agricultural sector. - Knowledge of service market or similar operations. - Experience with time tracking systems. The position requires that you have a class B driver's license.
