The role involves performing service, troubleshooting, and repairs on machines and equipment according to manufacturer instructions and company procedures. The work ranges from simple repairs to more advanced troubleshooting and repair of various types of machinery, both in the workshop and at customer sites in the surrounding area. The role includes creating and following up on technical support tickets as well as collaborating with colleagues, other departments, and facilities to ensure the best possible service. You contribute to good customer relationships through professional conduct. To develop in the role, you are expected to participate in relevant training according to your individual training plan. You also contribute to positive team spirit, a well-functioning workshop, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment. Beyond this, other work tasks may occur based on operational needs. Your Profile Requirements: - Vehicle technology education. - A couple of years of relevant work experience in, for example, the automotive industry, agriculture, industry, or maritime. - Strong knowledge of transmissions, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and service techniques. - Good computer skills. - Good knowledge of Swedish and English. - Good technical understanding. - Customer-focused, service-oriented, and solution-focused. - Analytical, thorough, and quality-conscious. - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work results-oriented. Meritorious: - Focus on mechanical engineering in education. - Studies at an agricultural or natural resources high school with machinery focus. - Experience from customer and sales-oriented operations, especially in the agricultural sector. - Knowledge of the service market or similar operations. - Experience with time tracking systems. The position requires that you have a Category B driver's license.
