A large part of the work takes place at our customers' sites around Sweden, which means approximately 50–60 travel days per year. Read more at indukta.se Job Description As a service technician, you'll be an important part of both our technical team and our relationship with our customers. You'll work with installation, service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machines from Indukta's product range. One day might involve installing a new machine at a customer's site, the next solving a technical problem or helping a customer get even more out of their equipment. The work involves both mechanics, electronics, and technical problem-solving – but equally important is the ability to build trust and provide excellent service. You don't need to know our machines from the start – what matters most is that you have a solid technical foundation, are curious, and enjoy understanding how things work. Initially, you'll receive training in our machine range and the opportunity to get to know both the technology, working methods, and our customers. After that, you'll gradually start visiting customers and take on greater responsibility. Throughout the introduction, experienced colleagues will be close at hand to coach and guide you and give you the best possible conditions to succeed and develop in the role. Your main responsibilities: - Service, maintenance, and repair – work practically with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of machines to ensure high operational reliability for our customers. - Taking ownership of the entire assignment – independently manage your service assignments from planning through implementation and follow-up, with responsibility for quality, safety, schedule, and documentation. - Follow-up and internal feedback – document completed work and ensure clear feedback and information sharing internally. - Improvement and development – contribute your technical expertise, ideas, and solutions to develop both working methods and our offering. - Customer relations and service – be a reliable and professional contact for our customers and contribute to long-term, positive collaborations. Who Are You? We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and several years of experience from a similar technical role. You enjoy understanding how things work, solving problems, and continuing to develop your technical skills. As a person, you're service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused. You enjoy working independently, take responsibility for driving your assignments forward, and have a structured approach even when circumstances change. Since travel is a natural part of this position, you need to be comfortable working in different locations and have the ability to be away from home periodically. Experience from traveling service work or international operations is a plus. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: - Technical education at upper secondary level or higher in areas such as mechanics, electronics, automation, or similar. - Several years of experience with service, maintenance, installation, or repair of machines. - Good Swedish and English in speech and writing. - B-class driver's license Since you'll be one of Indukta's faces to the outside world, we place great importance on your personality and your ability to build trust and establish good relationships with our customers.
