Job Description As a service technician with us, you work with service, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of our products. The work takes place primarily in our workshop in Olsfors where you work with both new and used machines as well as customer machines that need attention. We offer a varied role where the work content can be adapted based on your experience, skills, and interests. Examples of work tasks: · Service, maintenance, and repair of Hammar side loaders. · Troubleshooting in hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. · Rebuilds, upgrades, and customer customizations. · Warranty, complaint, and service cases. · Delivery inspections and functional testing of machines. · Technical support to customers and colleagues. · Documentation of completed work. For certain positions, the role may also include: · Field service and emergency service calls at customer sites. · Customer visits with Hammar's new service vehicle. · Coordination and prioritization of workshop tasks. · Support to the Service Manager in daily operations. · Temporary expanded responsibility during absences, peak periods, or special projects. Qualifications We are looking for someone with: · Experience in service, maintenance, or repair of construction machinery, heavy vehicles, agricultural machinery, or similar equipment. · Good knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical systems. · Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. · Good computer skills. · Class B driver's license. · Forklift certification is a plus. · Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious qualifications · Experience with field service. · Experience with planning, coordination, or work supervision. · Forklift certification. · Experience with welding and machinery construction. · Experience with customer contact and technical support.
