Description:
We are now looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Jönköping who works with returns handling, quality control of our products, and daily customer contact. This means you will load and unload machines, receive returns and conduct damage inspections, clean and perform function checks on machines. Your work will vary from day to day and customer contact can take place at our depot, via phone/email, or at our customers' work sites. About the Role In this role you will work with our entire rental inventory consisting of construction machinery, lifts, and construction equipment. You are responsible for documentation and follow-up of your service cases to ensure we can deliver the highest quality on our machines.
