About the role: In your role as a Service Technician at Bilbolaget, you will be a key player in the service process and an important part of their workshop team. You will work in a state-of-the-art workshop with modern equipment and technology. You are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and quality control of various types of vehicles – primarily cars but also light trucks and motorhomes. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in creating safe and satisfied customers who are happy to return to Bilbolaget in the future. Your work tasks include: Perform thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on vehicles. Performing service and repair work according to work orders. Review and approval of work orders before invoicing. Final inspections and test drives to ensure quality. Keeping the workplace organized and contributing to order in common areas. Building long-term customer relationships through professional and positive customer interactions. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday 7-16. Flexible working hours Monday-Thursday may be possible in consultation with your immediate manager. Your profile: To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you: Have relevant vehicle technical education and documented experience as a vehicle mechanic. Have a valid B-category driving license. Have a burning interest in vehicle technology and service. Are careful, structured and find it easy to take in new instructions. Have strong administrative and communication skills as well as good computer skills.
