About the Position
As a service technician at Prowash, you will operate from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle and work on-site with customers providing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of car wash systems. You are responsible for ensuring that Prowash customers have a reliable, operational, and well-functioning system—and ideally better than expected.
The work is varied and independent, but you always have a strong team backing you up.
Your Responsibilities:
Planned service and preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanical & electrical)
Emergency service calls as needed
Customer communication and improvement suggestions for systems
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Is a team player who also enjoys working independently
Is curious, solution-oriented, and wants to develop technically
Is organized and professional in customer interactions
We'd Appreciate It If You Have:
Experience with mechanics and basic electrical knowledge
Experience as a service technician, field technician, or installer (a plus)
Ability to read and understand technical manuals
Swedish fluency in speaking and writing
Good English fluency in speaking and writing
Class B driver's license
