Service Technician and Sales Support

Technical support and sales support for Net on labels AB in Knivsta About Us Net on labels AB markets and provides labeling equipment, label printers, and consumables to most industries, primarily in Sweden. We work with both direct sales and through our online store. Our office and center are located in Knivsta, which will also be your base. About the Role and Your Responsibilities As a technician and sales support specialist, you'll enjoy a broad and varied workday. You will work with technical service both in our own workshop and in the field at our customers' locations. Your main responsibilities: Install, service, and design labeling systems for customers. Conduct training for customers and provide sales support. Work with and develop our online store. Your Profile We're looking for someone who is technically minded, service-oriented, and enjoys varied work tasks. Since you'll be meeting our customers, it's important that you are communicative and have good teaching skills. Requirements for the position: Some form of technical education or technical background. Good English skills, as our suppliers and systems are international.
