Read more at: www.assaabloyentrance.se About the role In your role as a Service Technician, you will work with service and maintenance of ASSA ABLOY's entrance solutions at our customers' locations. The work involves assembly, repairs and maintenance where you as a service technician help ensure that the customer's specific needs are met. Daily work includes everything from preventive service to emergency repairs and technical improvements. A large part of your work will be to manage and develop customer relationships, while working closely with experienced colleagues in service, sales and technical support. As a service technician, you have the opportunity to combine service and hands-on work with customer contact in a secure and stable company. You will be part of a team with other technicians who will support and assist you on your journey with us at ASSA ABLOY. Working hours are typically Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM plus optional on-call duty. The position is based from home and a company car is provided according to current policy. Responsibilities · Independently plan and carry out service assignments · Perform troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of automatic entrance solutions · Provide quotes for spare parts and upgrades in consultation with the service manager · Document and report completed work in internal systems and to the customer · Identify customer needs and suggest improvements, upgrades and additional services. Your work approach is characterized by an independent drive to always complete what you have started and to be able to prioritize in a flexible daily routine with varied tasks. You take full responsibility for your working time and by understanding the big picture, you can provide the very best customer experience. No two days are the same, so a good ability to be flexible and to reprioritize when needed is required. Your geographic area is Region North - Mora. Longer car journeys may occur. We believe that you: · Have good knowledge of our products, our market and our competitors · Basic knowledge of mechanics and low-voltage systems. Experience in troubleshooting and repair is a merit. · Speak and write Swedish fluently and have basic knowledge of English · B-class driving license is a requirement · Experience working with digital tools (e.g. MS Office). Knowledge of planning tools such as FMP360 or similar is a merit.
