Job Responsibilities As a service technician, you will work on servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing trucks and construction machinery with both combustion engines and electric drive systems. A significant part of the work involves diagnosing and resolving issues in drivetrains, engine controls, battery systems, and charging solutions, using both your technical expertise and digital diagnostic tools. You will perform preventive maintenance to ensure machinery reliability and performance, while handling both planned service assignments and urgent calls. Work is planned and structured in close collaboration with the service coordinator, and you maintain ongoing contact with customers, colleagues, and internal departments. Through your professional approach and technical competence, you contribute to high customer satisfaction and ensure that each assignment is completed with quality and precision. In this role, you will work both in Kalmar's workshop at Gothenburg Harbor and at customer sites.
