We are represented throughout Sweden, and we are now seeking an additional service technician for the Helsingborg area and surrounding region. You will work with the lifting industry's leading brands and become part of our strong team at Dematek. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as chain hoists, wire rope hoists, pillar jibs, and much more related to lifting. To support you in your work, you have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many colleagues to call for assistance when needed. We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: A strong interest in technology Electrical expertise Previous experience as a service technician Experience with common administrative systems Class B driver's license Basic English language skills Swedish citizenship (certain work requires security-cleared personnel assessment) It is advantageous if you have PLC programming skills. Willingness to learn is valued higher than having the exact qualifications and background. Please explain why you are the right fit for Dematek! The work is sometimes physically demanding and since it sometimes occurs at heights, you must be able to obtain approval for a fitness certificate for climbing with significant elevation differences. Work underground also occurs. We would like you to have a strong interest in technology, be meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We require that you communicate fluently in Swedish. Other Information: We believe you live in the Helsingborg area, and you will work from home with the opportunity to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Many of our customers require security clearance. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean background and stable, good financial history.
