About the Position As a service technician with us, you need to maintain a high level of service to customers and be well-organized. You should ensure that our customers have well-functioning forklifts and that any unplanned downtime is always handled quickly and efficiently. You work independently, are responsible for your own planning, and for how you solve your assignments. At the same time, you are part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other when needed and during busy periods. We offer independent and varied work with freedom to plan your days. The focus is always on satisfied customers—but the role also provides the flexibility that makes it easier to balance your everyday life. To succeed in this role, you need experience working on vehicles, machinery, or similar equipment. If you are technically interested or come from a service technician role in another industry, you will be a good fit for this role too. Your Profile We are looking for someone who: Has technical competence through education, work experience, or personal interest. Sees technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge. Can combine physical work with administrative tasks. Has the ability to structure and prioritize your work tasks and ensure they are completed well. Is an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration. Communicates in a way that creates clarity and makes a positive and professional impression with our customers. Has knowledge of how to use computers for administrative tasks, document management, and communication. Holds a B driver's license. It is a merit if you have: Vocational education as a service technician. Experience with service work in a similar industry. Experience with automation. Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electrical systems, and mechanics. English language skills, since we have documentation that may be in English.
