About the position
As a service technician with us you need to maintain a high level of service to customers and be organized. You should ensure that our customers have well-functioning trucks and that any unplanned downtime of customers is always handled quickly and efficiently. You work independently, are responsible for your own planning and how you solve your assignments. At the same time you are part of a team where everyone helps and supports each other when needed and during busy periods.
We offer independent and varied work with the freedom to plan your days. The focus is always on satisfied customers - but the role also provides flexibility that makes it easier to get everyday life to work.
To succeed in the role you need to have experience working on vehicles, machines or similar. If you are technically interested, or come from a service technician role in another industry, you will fit in this role too.
Your profile
We are looking for you who:
Have technical competence through education, work experience or through your own interest.
See technical problems as a fun and exciting challenge
Can combine physical work with administrative tasks
Have the ability to structure and prioritize your work tasks and ensure that they are completed well
Are an engaged and interested team member who values collaboration
With your way of communicating, you create clarity and a positive and professional impression with our customers
Have knowledge of how to use computers for administrative tasks, document management and communication
Have a B driver's license
It is advantageous if you have:
Upper secondary vocational education for service technician
Experience with service work within a similar industry
Experience with automation
Knowledge of hydraulics, vehicle electrics and mechanics
Speaks English, as we have documentation that may be in English
