You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as spreader bars, chain hoists, pillar swing cranes, and much more related to lifting. We would appreciate it if you are an open person who enjoys extensive customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. We Are Looking for Someone Who: - Has a strong interest in technology - Has previously worked as a service technician - Has experience with common administrative systems - Holds a B-class driver's license - Has basic knowledge of English - Is a Swedish citizen, as certain work requires security-cleared personal assessment It is a merit if you have electrical knowledge and PLC programming skills. The willingness to learn is valued more than having the exact education and background. Please explain why you are the right fit for Dematek! The work is sometimes physically demanding, and since it sometimes takes place at heights, you must be able to obtain clearance for climbing work with significant elevation changes. Work underground also occurs. We would appreciate it if you have a strong interest in technology, are thorough, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish. Other Information: We believe you are based around Karlstad, and you will operate from our office/workshop and have the opportunity to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. Many of our customers have security clearance requirements. Therefore, it is important that you have a clean criminal record and a stable and good financial background. Some customers may also conduct alcohol and drug tests as part of their security procedures.
