Service Technician for Forestry & Agricultural Machinery

This position is a consulting assignment through Futuria People where you'll be employed by us but work at the customer's workshop in Ölme. We are an authorized staffing and recruitment company with collective agreements, insurance, and occupational pension. The assignment is initially 6 months with good opportunities for permanent recruitment, meaning the customer intends to hire you directly if the collaboration goes well. About the Position As a Site-Responsible Field Service Technician at Jaco Maskinservice, you'll primarily work in the workshop but also in the field when needed. You'll work as a technician at the core but also take greater responsibility in the daily workshop operations. Your duties include: Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing primarily forestry machinery & agriculture equipment. Co-planning & prioritizing workshop tasks with the team Supporting colleagues with technical questions Ensuring quality and efficiency in work Handling customer contact when needed Working both in the workshop and in the field We're Looking for You • Experience as a mechanic with forestry or agricultural machinery • Strong technical understanding and troubleshooting experience • Experience taking responsibility in daily workshop operations • Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics • Good computer skills • Good proficiency in Swedish and English • Valid driver's license (Category B) Bonus Points • Experience with construction machinery • Experience operating harvesters or forwarders • Technical education in a relevant field What We Offer A role with greater responsibility without leaving your technical work Short decision-making paths and close collaboration High technical expertise in the team Variation between workshop and field work Other Information Start: By agreement Scope: Full-time Location: Ölme (between Karlstad and Kristinehamn) The assignment is initially 6 months with good opportunities for permanent recruitment, meaning the customer intends to hire you directly if the collaboration goes well.
