Service Technician / Inside Sales Representative at Cramo KraftX, Ljusdal

About the Role As a Service Technician, you will work in our workshop in Ljusdal as well as perform service and repairs at customer sites. Our customers are located throughout the country. You will have varied work and work both independently and in teams. You will work with power generators and backup power products. You will perform major repairs and service, and make assessments about whether more extensive measures are needed. Your responsibilities also include return inspections and preparing equipment for rental. When working with rentals and sales, you will follow up on ongoing rentals, receive orders, book and coordinate transportation. Based on customer needs, you will provide service, advice, and information about Cramo's products. Are You the One We're Looking For? To succeed in this role, we see that you have several years of experience with similar products or experience from another workshop environment, for example the automotive industry where you have worked with repairs and troubleshooting. You should feel comfortable in your role as a service technician and be able to perform the work independently by planning and taking responsibility for your own repairs. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. As a person, you are social, flexible, responsible, and work well with others. You also have high quality standards and quickly learn new tasks.
