Service Technician

About the Position As a service technician at Prowash, you will work from your home with a fully equipped service vehicle and work on-site at customer locations providing service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of car wash facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that Prowash customers have a reliable, operational, and well-functioning facility – preferably even better than they expect. The work is varied and independent, but you always have a strong team backing you up. Your Responsibilities: Planned service and preventive maintenance Troubleshooting and repairs (mechanical & electrical) Emergency service calls as needed Customer communication and improvement suggestions regarding the facility What We're Looking For A team player who also thrives with independent responsibility Curious, solution-oriented, and eager to develop technically Structured and professional in customer interactions We Would Prefer That You Have: Experience in mechanics and basic electrical knowledge Experience as a service technician, field technician, or installer (a plus) Ability to read and understand technical manuals Swedish fluency in speech and writing Good English fluency in speech and writing Category B driver's license Additional Information Prowash offers exciting work on projects throughout Sweden, where you'll have the opportunity to combine installation and service work.
