Job Description Are you technically minded, solution-focused, and enjoy traveling? Then we have the position for you! Our client, a global leader in industrial laundry solutions, continues to grow. We are now helping them recruit the next service technician to their team. As a service technician for our client, you will have a central and responsible role where you plan, coordinate, and execute installations and commissioning in close dialogue with project managers, service coordinators, and customers. You ensure that work is performed strictly according to project-specific drawings, documentation, and layouts. In your daily work, you handle both planned and emergency tasks; you perform advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis during unplanned downtime, while also planning and executing preventive maintenance according to applicable agreements. The role also includes administrative responsibility where you coordinate contacts with third-party suppliers (e.g., for special tools and rigging) and prepare technical diagnostic reports and punch lists in English for the relevant factories. As the face of the company, you represent the brand in a professional manner, are responsible for your service vehicle, and always prioritize a safe work environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, you have documented experience in technical service, installation, and commissioning of complex industrial machinery or heavy equipment. You possess strong competence in both electrical and mechanical systems, and have a good ability to perform troubleshooting using PC-based analysis tools. Since the role involves extensive travel – primarily in Sweden but also within Europe – you are very flexible and comfortable with mobile work. You will be directly employed by our client, and Randstad will assist in the recruitment process. Apply at www.randstad.se. If you have questions, contact [email protected]. For us, it is important that all competencies and skills in the labor market are utilized. We welcome all applicants and strive for diversity.
