Your work tasks
As an MRO Service Engineer, you are responsible for installation, modification and service of CLS, hydraulic systems and other MRO-related assignments for the company's customers. The work includes independently planning, conducting and following up on assignments and projects, both nationally and internationally.
The role also includes work in the internal workshop, where you contribute with service and technical work as needed.
You will be part of the service team and work in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure high quality and good customer satisfaction in delivered solutions.
Perform service, maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems and components
Troubleshoot and resolve operational disruptions both at customer sites and in the workshop
Install, assemble and commission hydraulic systems
Provide advice to customers and identify improvement and upselling opportunities
Plan work and document completed work
Lead and coordinate technicians on larger projects and installations
Maintain ongoing contact and collaboration with the service coordinator
Work flexibly with regard to working hours and workplace, including evenings, weekends and overnight stays
Participate in internal workshop work as part of the role
Requirement profile
At least several years of experience in hydraulics
Experience with service, maintenance and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems
Ability to work in an advisory and sales-oriented manner, including proposing improvements and complementary solutions to customers
Holds a B driver's license (required)
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Independent, structured and responsible in your work
Flexible and willing to work outside regular working hours and able to stay overnight on longer assignments
There is an opportunity to work from home with a service vehicle.
