You work closely with the Area Manager and Field Lead and ensure that our customers receive the high quality and service that Hemfrid stands for. You will, among other things: Perform initial and deep cleaning Work with window cleaning Cover for absent colleagues Conduct quality inspections Introduce and support new employees as needed Take responsibility for key management as needed Basically, you become an important person when extra experience, flexibility, and quality are needed out in the field.
