You ensure high-quality service delivery and support colleagues in the field. Your responsibilities include: Initial and deep cleaning Window cleaning Covering shifts as needed Quality control checks Onboarding new team members when necessary Key management as needed You contribute to satisfied customers, stronger teams, and the continuous improvement of our processes. Who is the Service Team Member? The Service Team Member is an experienced home cleaning professional with a service-oriented mindset who thrives in a team environment and delivers high quality – even on complex assignments like deep cleaning and move-out cleaning. You are self-motivated, responsible, and confident in your role.
