About the Position
As a service sales representative for passenger cars, your primary task is to provide advice and book service and repairs for our customers at our facility and via phone, email, and our digital channels. Your responsibilities also include planning technicians' work, invoicing, handling warranty claims, offering service agreements and accessories. You will be part of our service team that works together to exceed our customers' expectations and realize our vision of "satisfied customer".
The position is located at our facility in Oskarshamn. The position is full-time and a permanent employment where we can apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.
Your Profile
To succeed in the role of service sales representative, we see that you are someone who enjoys working with customers and possesses good collaboration skills. We would like you to have work experience from customer service or sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, has a positive attitude with good social skills, and who enjoys working at a fast pace.
The work places high demands on being able to handle different individuals' needs and wishes with a solution-focused approach, where good system knowledge and good knowledge of Swedish and mathematics at upper secondary school level are important. It is a merit if you have previous experience with our business system Kobra. You have a Class B driver's license.
