As a service advisor, you will be the face of the workshop and an important representative for the car dealership. With your professional approach and knowledge, you will build trust with customers and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Job responsibilities
You will have primary responsibility for customer contact throughout the service process. You will provide support, guidance, and ensure that each customer receives pleasant and professional treatment, while making sure their needs and expectations are met.
Your responsibilities include:
Scheduling customer workshop visits via phone
Receiving and returning vehicles
Guiding customers on technical matters
Handling payments and invoicing
Once you've settled into the role, you will also work with warranty claims and handle customer complaints. You will also be responsible for the workshop's daily operations, productivity, and planning the mechanics' work. The work is primarily conducted in the workshop's business systems as well as via phone and email.
Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in service and enjoys customer-facing roles, preferably from the automotive industry, such as service advisor or customer reception
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Holds a class B driver's license
It is a plus if you have previously worked in the automotive industry in a similar role and have experience with systems such as Kobra, Automaster, Tacdis, or Winassist.

The position is full-time with a start as soon as possible. Working hours are daytime, Monday to Friday, with varying shifts between 07:00–16:00 and 09:00–18:00.
