About the Position
As a service advisor, you are the customer's primary contact in connection with service and workshop visits. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on work so that each customer receives professional service and as smooth an experience as possible.
Your Main Responsibilities
receive and assist customers in connection with service and workshop visits
book jobs and create work orders
plan and follow up on workshop bookings
provide feedback to customers during and after their workshop visit
handle administration related to warranty, insurance, and invoicing matters
work with upselling of relevant services and products
work closely with the workshop team to create a good flow in daily operations
You will be part of the service market team and report to the Service Manager.
Who Are You?
We believe you have experience from a service profession, an administrative role, sales, or similar, where you are used to meeting people, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and providing good service even when the pace is high.
It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a service advisor or have experience from the automotive industry, but it is not a requirement.

Practical Information
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Alternating weekly schedule with the following times: 6:45 AM–4:00 PM and 8:15 AM–5:00 PM
Start: As soon as possible
Employment Type: Permanent, 6-month probationary period applies
