About the position As a Service Advisor, you are the customer's first point of contact and are responsible for receiving customers both in person, by phone and by email. You provide advice on service and repairs, handle quotes, insurance matters and billing. The role involves a strong focus on good service and creating a positive customer experience while collaborating with the service team. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who enjoys a customer-facing role and has a genuine interest in service and relationships. You are communicative, solution-oriented and contribute to a positive work environment. Customer service or service industry experience Workshop administration experience (desirable) Good computer skills Good communication skills in speech and writing Experience with Kobra (desirable) Valid driver's license Category B (required) Other information The position is a permanent employment with an initial trial period.
