We are looking for a service-minded and driven mechanic/service advisor for the customer reception at our auto repair shop. Immediate employment. You must have good knowledge of cars. You speak and write Swedish fluently. Work duties: * Answer phones and book customers in for service and repairs. * Administer, schedule jobs for mechanics, collect payment from customers, and place orders for spare parts. * Assist in the workshop as needed (light bulb replacements, wiper blades, servicing, etc.) We are looking for someone with an excellent service mindset. We want someone who is passionate about working with people and customer service. You are someone who finds it easy to contact new people and thrives in a flexible work environment. You have experience as a customer service representative, receptionist, or mechanic. Work hours are daytime, Monday through Friday.
