In this role, you will be an important link between customers, the workshop, and parts operations. About the Position: As a service advisor, you will have a central role in daily operations. You receive customers, assess their needs, and ensure that service and repair matters are handled efficiently and professionally. You will be in contact with customers, mechanics, technicians, and suppliers. The role involves following cases from the first contact until the work is completed and the vehicle can be returned to the customer. The work is varied and suits you if you appreciate combining administration and customer contact with practical problem-solving and business thinking. Your main responsibilities: - Receive customers and register and handle their service and repair needs - Plan and schedule work together with workshop technicians and mechanics - Prepare cost estimates and quotes and provide feedback to customers - Keep customers updated during ongoing work - Order, check, and manage spare parts - Sell spare parts and accessories - Coordinate multiple ongoing customer cases and ensure that work proceeds according to plan - Follow up on completed work and contribute to long-term customer relationships - Handle administrative tasks related to service and workshop operations What We Offer: You will become part of a stable and forward-thinking business where competence, collaboration, and commitment are highly valued.
