As a service project manager, you are responsible for driving service and smaller projects in ventilation and HVAC – from planning and customer dialogue to implementation and follow-up. The role involves close collaboration with both the customer, technicians, subcontractors, and colleagues within several technical areas.
You will have a varied day where you combine technology, business, and relationships in an environment where quality and long-term thinking are in focus.
The role includes:
- Lead and coordinate service projects in ventilation and HVAC
- Responsible for planning, economics, and follow-up of projects
- Be the customer's contact person in daily work
- Communicate with technical specialists and commercial contacts with contractors and suppliers
- Coordinate technicians and subcontractors
- Identify improvements and development opportunities with the customer
- Work closely with other technical areas within Caverion

Your background
- Multiple years of experience with service projects or project management in ventilation and/or HVAC
- Technical understanding of properties and installations
- Ability to build good customer relationships
- Experience working independently and driving multiple tasks in parallel
- Good administrative skills and financial understanding
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to applicable security protection regulations in force at any time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, it may, if applicable, require certain citizenship.
