What you will be working with As a service coordinator, you have varied work. You are responsible for ensuring that our shared spaces are well-maintained and pleasant, ensure that materials and goods are in place, and help with practical tasks that keep the operation running smoothly. You work independently, take your own initiatives, and have an eye for what needs to be done. Your responsibilities include: - Prepare and set out breakfast for staff. - Clear away and restore after breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks. - Oversee daily supervision of the staff kitchen and break room. - Keep shared spaces clean, pleasant, and well-organized. - Perform basic cleaning and sanitation. - Order and restock consumables, food, and other goods. - Handle deliveries and ensure goods are unpacked and placed correctly. - Follow hygiene, food handling, and workplace safety routines. - Assist with practical tasks that contribute to smooth operations.
