Confac is growing and is now seeking experienced project-leading furnishings installers who want to take responsibility for installation projects from start to final delivery. With us, you work on varied projects within warehouses, offices, hotels, schools, shops and industrial environments. No two weeks are alike – one day you install a modern office environment, the next you lead a larger warehouse project or complete a hotel interior. About the Position As a project-leading furnishings installer, you are responsible for ensuring that our projects are carried out with high quality, on schedule and with professional customer service. You will, among other things: Lead and participate in furnishings installation. Plan and coordinate work on site. Maintain ongoing contact with customers and project management. Ensure that work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable requirements. Ensure that projects are completed with high quality and satisfied customers. Most of our assignments are located in Gothenburg, West Sweden and Jönköping County, but we also carry out projects in other parts of Sweden. Therefore, travel installations and overnight stays are part of the job when projects require it. We are Looking for You Who Have experience with furnishings installation or similar installation work. Have experience taking responsibility and driving projects forward. Can lead an installation team and make independent decisions. Can read drawings and work in a structured manner. Are solution-oriented, thorough and service-minded. Have a category B driving license. Fork lift certification, lift training, hot work certification or category BE driving license are merits.
