About the Role As Service Market Manager, you have overall responsibility for the service market within your geographical area of responsibility. The area encompasses the Norrköping and Linköping regions with a total of seven workshops. You lead the business through subordinate managers and ensure that goals, processes, and work methods are translated into results – for customers, employees, and the business alike. With responsibility for workshops and car care, you drive development toward a more profitable, efficient, and customer-oriented operation where quality, capacity, and collaboration are key success factors. The role involves personnel, budget, and results responsibility as well as close collaboration with the CEO, sales organization, and central support functions. You will be an important force in developing both the business and our leaders – with a focus on long-term competitiveness, strong customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth. Your Mission In this role, you will receive a broad and business-focused mission where you will, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop workshop managers and other key people in the business. Ensure a profitable, efficient, and customer-oriented service market. Take responsibility for the business's budget, results, and financial monitoring. Monitor and analyze key metrics such as productivity, utilization, quality, and customer satisfaction. Drive improvement and development work to strengthen the business and customer experience. Ensure right competence, staffing, and long-term capacity planning. Lead change management and implement new work methods, processes, and manufacturer standards. Create good collaboration between workshops, car care, damage repair, car parts, and sales. Who Are You? We are looking for you who have: Several years of leadership experience with personnel, budget, and results responsibility. Experience from service market, workshop, damage operations, aftermarket, or other business-driven organization. Experience leading managers or larger organizations is a merit. Good understanding of financial management, business monitoring, and business development. Experience with change management and development work. Good knowledge of work environment and leadership. Good system skills. B driver's license. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
