About the Position As a Service Market Manager at Brandt Trucks, you will have overall responsibility for the workshop and parts department at our facility in Säffle. Today, the team consists of mechanics, parts personnel, and administrative staff. You report to the Service Market Director for Trucks. In your role as Service Market Manager, you have full personnel, budget, and results responsibility for the service market. You are responsible for daily operations, which includes organizing, leading, and distributing work across the facility's different departments. You are responsible for implementing planned activities and ensuring that our performance targets and key metrics are achieved. Together with other functions, you drive and develop the business to meet new needs in the external environment. The facility also has other departments with which close collaboration is important to jointly drive and develop the business. Who Are You? Qualifications You have: - Upper secondary education - Vehicle technical background - Several years of leadership experience - Good knowledge of Office 365, primarily Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Teams - Category B driver's license - Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious - Experience from the automotive industry and leadership - Experience from truck and bus operations Terms This position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period.
