SERVICE MANAGER - COMPRESSED AIR

We are now seeking a driven and business-minded Service Manager in compressed air who wants to help develop our customer relationships and service business.
About the Role
As a Service Manager with us, you will have a key role where you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on service assignments within compressed air systems. You are the link between customer, technician, and delivery – with a focus on quality, safety, and business results.

Your Main Responsibilities
Plan and lead service and maintenance work within compressed air systems
Take responsibility for customer contact and develop long-term relationships
Calculate, quote, and follow up on service assignments
Coordinate and lead technicians in daily operations
Ensure that work is performed according to applicable requirements in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety (QHS)
Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to business development
Risk analyses
We are Looking for You if You
Have experience with compressed air systems or related technical fields (e.g., industrial service, mechanics, energy)
Have previous experience in work or project management
Are structured, solution-oriented, and business-driven
Have good communication skills and enjoy customer-facing roles
Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Hold a valid driver's license (category B)
Merits
Experience with compressors and compressed air systems
Background as a service technician or within industry
Knowledge of energy optimization or operational economy
