About the Role As a Service Manager at Chromafora, you will play a key role in the company's service organization and become the natural link between customers, service technicians, and external partners. The role suits you if you enjoy combining technical understanding with planning, coordination, and customer service. You are responsible for receiving service requests, planning and scheduling service assignments, and ensuring that service technicians have the right conditions to perform their work efficiently. By smartly planning trips and service operations, you contribute to a well-functioning service organization and high customer satisfaction. The role also includes writing service reports after completed assignments, offering spare parts and additional work, ordering chemicals, and coordinating efforts with external service partners. You will also visit customers to build long-term relationships and ensure they receive the service and support they need. You will be based at Chromafora's office in Västberga and work closely with a dedicated service team where collaboration, technology, and customer focus are central. We Are Looking for You You have technical education in, for example, operations technology, service technology, automation, or similar. You have experience from process industry, facility management, manufacturing, or other technical operations where you have built a good understanding of technical systems. You have experience in a service management or coordinating role with significant customer contact. You have good technical understanding and a genuine interest in service and customer relations. You have experience with management systems at user level, which is a merit. You have experience working with chemicals, which is a merit. You hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
