Your Role as Service Manager As Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance measures to ensure they are delivered with the right quality, within agreed time and cost. The assignments include preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems with associated high-voltage equipment, as well as renovations of electrical installations from local grids to transmission grids. You manage planned work and emergency measures for one or more customers. You work closely with both customers, technical specialists, and contractors, and you have a central role in ensuring safe and reliable electricity supply. The role combines technology, leadership, and business acumen while offering great opportunities for development within the power sector. Examples of Work Tasks: Scheduling and resource planning Coordination of employees, contractors, and customers Procurement of services and materials Supplier contact and specification development Preparation and execution planning Reporting before, during, and after project completion Financial follow-up, settlement, and billing documentation Requirements Specification We know you'll develop together with us. However, we'd like to see that you already have: Experience in a leading or coordinating role, such as service manager or project manager Several years of experience from the power grid, power, or energy sector An interest in technology and a desire to develop within control systems A valid driver's license (Category B), as day trips are part of the job Swedish is our primary working language, and you therefore need very good skills in both speaking and writing. We also expect good English skills, especially in reading and writing We're looking for someone who thrives creating structure, building good relationships, and getting people to work toward common goals. You are confident in taking responsibility and motivated by finding solutions together with customers, colleagues, and contractors. To succeed in this role, you need good planning skills, be quality-conscious, and be able to prioritize in a workday where multiple activities happen simultaneously. Since the role involves many points of contact, we particularly value your collaboration skills and your ability to build trusting relationships. We also place great emphasis on your communication skills and your commitment to delivering excellent service and long-term value to our customers.
