Your Role as Service Manager As a Service Manager, you are responsible for planning and executing maintenance measures to ensure they are delivered with the right quality, within agreed time and cost. The assignments include preventive and corrective maintenance of control facilities with associated high-voltage equipment and renewal of electrical installations from local networks to the main grid. You are responsible for planned work and urgent interventions for one or more customers. You work closely with both customers, technical specialists, and contractors and have a central role in ensuring a safe and reliable power supply. The role combines technology, leadership, and business acumen while giving you great opportunities to develop within the power sector. Examples of work tasks: Scheduling and resource planning Coordination of employees, contractors, and customers Procurement of services and materials Contact with suppliers and development of specifications Preparation and implementation planning Reporting before, during, and after completed work Financial follow-up, regulation, and invoicing documentation Requirement Specification We know you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Experience in a leading or coordinating role, for example as a service manager or project manager Several years of experience from the power grid, power, or energy sector An interest in technology and a willingness to develop within control facilities Driver's license class B as day trips occur during the service Swedish is our primary working language and you therefore need very good skills in both speaking and writing. We also see that you have good skills in English, especially reading and writing We are looking for someone who thrives with creating structure, building good relationships, and getting people to work toward common goals. You are confident in taking responsibility and motivated by finding solutions together with customers, colleagues, and contractors. To succeed in the role, you need to have good planning ability, be quality-conscious, and be able to prioritize in a day where multiple activities happen simultaneously. Since the role involves many points of contact, we particularly value your cooperation skills and your way of building trusting relationships.
