As a service manager, you have a key role in the department with a unifying function for daily work. You are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance projects for control systems. You have overall responsibility for project delivery and contribute to ensuring that our projects are completed with the right quality, cost, and timeline. The assignments involve preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems as well as electrical system upgrades covering local grids to transmission networks. In this role, you have the opportunity to work in a free and varied daily routine where you combine technology, customer dialogue, and resource coordination. Examples of work tasks include: Plan and follow up on time, resources, and budget in assignments Coordinate employees, contractors, and customers Responsible for procurement of materials and services Manage supplier contacts and technical specifications Develop implementation plans and supporting documentation Report status and results before, during, and after assignments Follow up on finances, regulations, and documentation for invoicing Requirements Specification We're looking for you—a confident and clear leader with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others. To succeed in this role, it's important that you can create structure and prioritize. You are communicative, thorough, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders. We know you will develop together with us. But we'd like to see that you already have: Secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge Experience in electrical power. Preferably in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems and related high-voltage equipment Experience in project management or service management Good computer skills Very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills Class B driver's license It's a plus if you also have: Engineering education in electrical power Experience in technical project management within control systems and high-voltage installations Additional Information What We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
