As a service manager, you have a key role in the department with a unifying function for daily operations. You are responsible for planning and implementing maintenance projects within control systems. You have overall responsibility for delivery and contribute to ensuring that our projects are completed with the right quality, cost, and timeline. The assignments concern preventive and corrective maintenance of control systems as well as renewals of electrical installations that include local networks to trunk networks. In this role, you get the opportunity to work in a free and varied day-to-day environment where you combine technology, customer dialogue, and coordination of resources. Examples of work tasks include: Plan and monitor time, resources, and finances in assignments Coordinate employees, contractors, and customers Responsible for purchasing materials and services Manage supplier contacts and technical specifications Develop implementation plans and documentation Report status and results before, during, and after assignments Follow up on finances, regulations, and documentation for invoicing Requirements Specification We are looking for you who is a confident and clear leader with the ability to work both independently and together with others. To succeed in the role, it is important that you can create structure and prioritize. You are communicative, thorough, and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders. We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have: Secondary education in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge Experience in electrical power. Preferably in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems and associated high-voltage equipment Experience in project management or service management Good computer skills Very good Swedish language skills and good English language skills Class B driver's license It is an advantage if you also have: Engineering degree in electrical power Experience in technical project management within control systems and high-voltage installations Additional Information We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
