We are looking for a service manager who, together with us, wants to shape and drive our operations within goods, warehouse, and logistics forward. About the Position As a service manager in the warehouse, you are responsible for daily operations and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the requirements, procedures, and work methods in place. The role includes being helpful and, in collaboration with others in the warehouse, improving and developing existing work methods and procedures to meet operational needs. Your tasks include ordering, inspecting incoming shipments, and issuing materials to customers, as well as conducting inventory. You will also report in relevant follow-up systems and work with goods receiving, including loading and unloading. The position is located in Linköping. About You We want you to have completed upper secondary school education. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have experience in logistics, goods and transport, as well as warehouse management. We consider it an advantage if you have worked with Swedish Armed Forces aircraft materiel and held a supervisory position. To succeed in the work, you need to have experience from service work with many customer contacts, as this is part of the daily work. You need to have good IT skills and experience working with digital tools. We consider it meritorious if you have current experience with the military operations and maintenance tracking systems LIFT and PRIO as well as Fenix. It is also positive if you have current experience working with the operations and maintenance system CAMP. It will be important that you have knowledge of how to ship dangerous goods by road and air. If you also have an ADR certificate for goods handling/road transport and a forklift operator license, that is meritorious. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English and should be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing. It is also important that you have a category B driver's license. We would like you to have good skills in the Office suite. Personal qualities are very important to us.
