Your new job – with the customer in focus As a Service Manager at Bravida EL Hälsingland, you have a central role where you are responsible for driving and developing our service business. The core of the assignment is to work closely with our customers – understanding their needs, being proactive and building trusting relationships over time. You are a natural point of contact for the customer and enjoy taking initiative, following up, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that we always deliver with high quality and professionalism. Alongside your customer responsibility, you lead the day-to-day operations of our service electricians. You plan, allocate and follow up on work and create conditions for the team to reach their goals. The role also involves active leadership where you coach, support and develop your employees through ongoing dialogue and employee reviews. The role is largely about: Your main responsibilities: Lead, plan and allocate daily work within service operations Coach and develop service electricians in their professional role Conduct employee reviews and follow up on performance and development Be active in customer dialogue and build long-term relationships Identify new business opportunities and develop existing assignments Take responsibility for economics, quality and follow-up in your projects Ensure professional delivery from start to finish We are looking for you who We are looking for someone driven by customer interaction and who has a genuine interest in creating business through good relationships. You are confident in yourself, take initiative and are not afraid to make contact, follow up or suggest solutions that create value for the customer. You have a good understanding of the business and see the importance of being present, attentive and professional in all interactions. We believe you have: Experience from the electrical industry A business-oriented approach and good financial understanding Experience with customer contact and relationship-building work A valid driving license and good computer skills Ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing As a person you are: Relationship-building and communicative Business-driven and proactive Independent with great sense of responsibility Structured and solution-oriented Confident in representing Bravida in customer dialogue Your new team – close collaboration and strong unity In Hudiksvall, you become part of an engaged team where we help each other succeed.
