To our rental stations in West Stockholm (Bromma & Kungsholmen), we are now recruiting a customer-focused Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Attendant who wants to be part of an exciting workday where no two days are the same.
We're looking for you to work full-time starting immediately. For us, flexibility toward our customers is very important, which means your working hours will vary throughout the week between 07:00-20:00.
About the Role
As a Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Attendant with us, you have a central role in the customer's overall experience – from the first contact and vehicle handover to return. Your task is to create a smooth, safe, and positive rental process where both the customer and the vehicle are in focus.
You will help the customer through their car rental, such as:
• Managing bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Renting vehicles and preparing rental agreements
• Cleaning, preparing, and quality-checking vehicles and handling minor damage claims
• Vehicle delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for this position is a Class B driver's license and strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We also believe you're an administrative whiz who has a knack for learning new systems.
