For our operations in central Gothenburg, ISS Facility Services is seeking a positive and proactive person with the mission to give customers an extraordinary workday. About the Role As a Service Host with us, you're a receptionist, floor host, IT support, mail & goods coordinator, and basically the office's right hand. You work goal-oriented to create a welcoming, professional, and pleasant environment where service and care permeate every interaction. We offer an exciting and eventful role where initiative is encouraged, and you work closely with your manager, colleagues, and our customer. Handle phone, email, and other inquiries Daily customer contact with customer and their visitors Opening and closing the reception Managing visitor traffic Handling access cards Assisting customers with booking meeting rooms and ordering catering Preparing and serving barista coffee to visitors Conference service and support during meetings Assisting with events and catering Rounding conference rooms Handling calls and responding to emails Daily collaboration and support with other service functions and housekeeping Contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience and work routines Responsibility for maintaining high standards in reception and common areas Proactively identifying opportunities to improve visitor experience Managing coffee and dishwashing machines This is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Full-time, daytime hours. Location: Gothenburg. Requirements Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written At least 3 years of experience in service work (hotel, reception, tourist destination, or similar) Office package (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good IT knowledge Ability to work independently, make own decisions, and flexibility are essential Your Application We hope we've sparked your interest!
