We are now looking for a Service Manager for an established and expanding heavy vehicle service business in southern Stockholm. The role involves overall responsibility for the workshop, spare parts, and daily operations with a focus on customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and profitability.
About the Role
As Service Manager, you have overall responsibility for the business's service operations and lead the work together with engaged employees. You are responsible for developing the business commercially and operationally, as well as ensuring efficient processes, high quality, and a good work environment.
The role includes, among other things:
Leading and developing workshop and spare parts operations
Responsibility for budget, results, follow-up, and key metrics
Ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient handling of customer matters
Driving growth by developing the business within service, repair, and spare parts in the local market
Coaching, motivating, and developing employees
Driving improvement and development work
Ensuring compliance with laws, guidelines, and safety requirements
Closely collaborating with other parts of the business to create the best possible customer experience
We are Looking for You:
You have experience from the service market for heavy vehicles, construction machinery, transport, or similar technical operations. You are a confident and engaged leader who thrives in an operational environment where you can combine business, technology, and people.
We would like to see that you have:
Leadership experience within workshop and service operations
Good technical understanding of heavy vehicles or similar operations
Experience with budget and profit responsibility
Ability to create structure, engagement, and team spirit
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
Class B driver's license, preferably also Class C
As a person, you are solution-oriented, business-minded, and relationship-focused with a clear drive to develop both the business and people.
