We are now recruiting a Service Manager for our facility in Kristinehamn. As Service Manager, you have overall operational responsibility for the workshop. The business includes workshop, spare parts, and administration, and you lead an engaged team with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You work closely with both customers and employees in daily operations and are responsible for: Ensuring high productivity and capacity utilization in the workshop Driving and monitoring budget, results, and key metrics Creating clear goals and structure in the operation Developing employees and team collaboration Ensuring work environment, quality, and customer experience according to our processes The role involves full personnel responsibility and results responsibility for a unit consisting of one spare parts specialist, one customer service representative, and 7 mechanics distributed across two shifts. You report directly to the Service Market Manager. About You You bring experience in operational-level leadership and know how to build teams and implement action plans in practice. It is an advantage to have good knowledge of our industry and the aftermarket sector, but what matters most is that you have what it takes to develop the business, can lead people, and know how to build strong relationships within and outside the organization. We assume you master Swedish in speech and writing and feel comfortable using your English if needed. You have good knowledge of MS Office and are experienced with system use. A B-driver's license is required; C-license is a merit. You are driven by creating strong teams and strive to work together with your employees to maintain control over the entire work process.
